After twenty-five years investigating various paths of spiritual and personal growth, astrology continues to be one of the most elegant and powerful tools I have found for increasing self-awareness, and awareness of the forces and cycles affecting our lives. In this way, astrology can be a powerful ally in creating the strong, loving and fulfilled human life we’ve all come here to live.
I draw on over 16 years of study and experience with Astrology, as well as my study and personal experience in deep spirituality, body-centered psychology, energetic healing and intuitive counseling, to give a consultation which seeks to serve the many different levels of my client’s being and life.
Many years ago, before starting my current astrology practice, I sat in meditation and asked for the perfect name to come to me. After some time the words Guidance Astrology appeared in my mind. I have since found that it sums up the intention of my practice very well, and it even has a nice ring to it. 
Types of Consultation:
Your Natal Chart: This is the one I recommend you start with. This consultation is very comprehensive. I spend about 3 hours, studying and meditating on your chart prior to our session, so that I gain a deep understanding of the major patterns of your personality and your experience of life, both the strengths and the challenges. It is very powerful to have loving awareness brought to these patterns and have them named and confirmed. For the challenging areas indicated by your chart I draw on my years of experience in spirituality, psychology and emotional healing, to offer a “remedy.” The “remedy” will give you concrete, healing steps for working through the difficulties in your chart, so that you can get the most out of your life. Even very self-aware people often find out new things about themselves through this consultation. [Approximately 1.5 - 2 hours]
The Coming Year Forecast: (Transit reading) Do you want to know what opportunities and challenges the coming year has in store for you? Astrology tells us that we are deeply interconnected with the ever-changing cosmos all around us. This cosmos is always affecting us, creating the energetic “weather” that we experience as the large and small cycles, the “ups and downs” of life. When we know what life is bringing us, we are prepared to avoid pitfalls and embrace opportunities. This is the second most important consultation I reccommend to people. For a much deeper and nuanced forecast interpretation, I recommend you have a natal consultation done first. The more I understand about you, the more I will understand how the upcoming energies will likely manifest in your life. [Approximately 1.5 hours]
Child Consultation: Now that I am a father myself, I understand more than ever how important astrology can be to a parent. A child reading lets us understand our children in a deeper way. We come to know what strengths and challenges they have taken on in this life, so we can better understand how to truly support them. This information can really be invaluable to a parent, and that translates to the well-being of the child. [Approximately 1.5 - 2 hours]
Relationship Consultation: This consultation analyzes two natal charts in relation to each other. Areas of flowing harmony and tense conflict are often revealed, and everything in between. With it’s non-judgmental light, astrology shows us the energetic and karmic terrain of a relationship. With this deeper understanding, we are better able to accentuate the positive, avoid pitfalls, and make more informed choices. [Approximately 2 hours]
Life Crisis Consultation: Pain is such a powerful teacher, but since it is so unpleasant most of us avoid it at all costs, until one day when it is thrust upon us in the form of a life crisis. Painful times are full of a rare and powerful medicine; one which grants us the opportunity for growth and transformation. As in the hero’s journey, we must find the allies that we inevitably need at such times, and work through the crisis with courage and awareness. Astrology helps us to understand and work with a life crisis while pointing the way to its resolution, and to the deeper levels of wisdom and wholeness that can result. [Approximately 1.5 -2 hours]
Ongoing Sessions: Ongoing sessions are a blend of my astrology practice and my counseling practice. In studying my client’s natal chart very deeply and giving them a natal chart consultation, there is a wonderful foundation laid for doing ongoing counseling work together. This ongoing work enables us to take a deeper look at what we’ve learned from the natal chart consultation, and to start working on the areas of your life that you want to heal, enlighten or transform. We are able to take a closer look at the remedies that I have suggested in the natal consultation, and come up with ways to start implementing them. We continue to implement the insight that astrology gives us, but unlike my regular astrology consultation, in ongoing sessions it’s not me doing most of the talking. I continue to offer guidance and insight, but my biggest job is to be a very empathetic and aware listener, and ultimately our sessions are directed by you, the client. Has It Been a While Since Your Chart was Read? The birth chart is as complex as a human life. I have been studying my own chart for almost 20 years and I continue to find deeper and deeper meaning there as I myself grow, change and evolve. If it has been a while since your chart was read I can offer you a deeper look and a fresh perspective. [Approximately 1.5 - 2 hours]
Consultation Options:
There are a few different ways I can deliver the consultation to you.
- In Person. If you live on Maui or plan to visit, I recommend this method.
- Skype Call. If you don’t live on Maui, Skype offers a great free phone service using the internet. Requires a computer or smart-phone with internet access.
- Skype Video Call. If you add a web-cam to Skype, then we can also talk “face to face” from across the planet.
- Pre-recorded Reading. I can also pre-record the consultation for you to listen to as you wish. Pre-recorded consultations are sent to you via the internet (in standard Mp3 format.)
What I need prior to your consultation:
- I need the exact time, date and place of your birth. (Please verify your birth time with your birth certificate or other reliable documentation -in astrology, mother’s memory is notorious for being unreliable!)
- Please send me a short description of anything you’d like me to focus on or be aware of as I study your chart prior to your consultation. The more I understand what you’re wanting to get from the consultation, the more I can focus on those aspects of your chart.
- If your consultation is by phone, or is pre-recorded, then please email me a current picture of yourself, as you typically look, if it is convenient to do so. While not strictly necessary for the consultation, a photograph does tell me a lot about how the energies of your chart are manifesting in you.
